How long will it take to receive my order

When you place an order, it is normally dispatched within 1-2 business days, although it can be an additional 2-3 days during busy selling periods. If you need an order expedited, it best to call us before placing the order.

Shipping is normally from Washington state, California, or Nevada.

Generally, you will receive emails displaying the order status as follows:

  • Pending - your order has been received into the system
  • Processing - your order is being processed into the appropriate fulfillment center. Some orders may be processed by multiple fulfillment centers.
  • Shipped - your order has shipped and normally will include the tracking number. With multiple fulfillment centers or some items on back-order, this may be marked "Shipped Partial." The status is updated to "Shipped Complete" when all items have shipped.

I haven't received my order yet

Your order status is updated every time an item is shipped. It will be sent to the email you provided and, unless you checked-out as a guest, will appear in you account when you login. The tracking number for the shipment is normally supplied.

Occasionally, an incomplete or incorrect address was provided when placing the order. If you find you had entered the wrong information, please contact us to have it corrected.

I can't find my order confirmation email!

Check your Spam or Junk folder (or even the deleted items folder) as you are likely to find your confirmation emails in one of these folders.

This is a common message that we receive from customers who have Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and similar POP email accounts. Why? Because these email accounts often have an automatic spam filter that hides emails sent from many retail websites.

To further ensure our confirmation emails get to you, you can add the address "sales@wholesalefirstaidproducts.com" to your safe sender's list to ensure your confirmation does not get sent to your Spam or Junk folder.
